The PPS Foundation is making it easier for donors to choose how they can make an impact on student achievement Right Now. The Foundation has created a new annual giving program. To designate a particular destination for your donation, simply indicate the "Right Now Fund" on the online donation form OR use the printable pledge card.

Modern technology has become as crucial to the classroom as textbooks and chalkboards. We at the PPS Foundation are working closely with District 150 leadership to determine where we can make smart investments in smarter classrooms. Supporters who share a passion for improved technology for our students are encouraged to join this effort by making a donation and designating it to "technology" today.

R Court Fund

Patti Shaw, the boys tennis coach at Richwoods High School led a two year fundraising effort to resurface the tennis courts at Richwoods High School. In the Fall of 2011, the Peoria Public Schools Foundation assisted with fundraising efforts to secure roughly $45,000 in private funding to resurface the tennis courts. Special thanks to everyone who contributed to the R Court fund and District 150 for a wonderful collaboration.

The Right Now Fund and the Fine Arts

Through the generosity of donors to the Right Now Fund, music students throughout Peoria Public Schools were treated to an entertaining evening. The students were encouraged to enter a essay contest describing how music impacted their lives. Twenty students enjoyed a special evening including a nice dinner, tickets to Wicked and transportation.
