What can $1 a day do for the students in Peoria Public Schools?  On January 12, 2017 the PPS Foundation held its second annual 365 Breakfast.  This event  brings together new and old friends, supporters and volunteers who believe in our school district.  This year, our event hosted more than 240 people to a free breakfast, prepared by our own WCTC culinary students.  The 365 Annual Giving Funds support all facets of the Foundation and support our general fund.  The traditional areas of support are the classroom grants, student scholarships.  Newer areas of focus is student impact through the Horizons Club, the Uniform/Clothing fund and attendance initiatives. Click here to complete your 365 membership.  We need you and your continued support! Thank you for all who attended, supported our second 365 breakfast! It gets better and better each year.

The Peoria Public Schools Foundation’s Horizons Club is a lunchtime educational opportunity for middle school students in Peoria Public Schools. The intent of this program is to facilitate opportunities for students to investigate various industries and occupations which will allow them to make more informed choices during middle school, high school class selection, and beyond. Additionally, the students learn goal-setting techniques, study skills, as well as career and education information.
